VARIETY: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Carmenere
AGEING: 100% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 8 to 10 months
AGEING IN BOTTLE: At least 1 year before commercialization

TASTING NOTES
An intense red Cabernet with bluish tints. Its complex aroma includes hints of ripe blackberries, notes of tobacco and blackcurrant, and soft undertones from its time in an oak barrel. In the mouth, it is robust with a pleasant consistency, full body and noticeable finish.
> Ideal to accompany slowly pot cooked meat or barbecued beef tenderloin. Serve ideally between 16 and 18C.
