CHILEAN PREMIUM WINES
GRAN RESERVA

CARMENERE

ORIGIN: Maule Valley
VARIETY: 96% Carmenere, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon
AGEING: 100% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 8 to 10 months
AGEING IN BOTTLE: At least 1 year before commercialization

TASTING NOTES
A Carmenere of intense colour, in tones of purple red with shades of blue. Its nose is of interesting complexity, with ripe black fruits, black pepper and a toasted touch. In the mouth it is concentrated, with round tannins and good acidity, with a soft finish as a result of its ageing in French oak barrels.
> Ideal to accompany roasted or grilled beef ribs. Serve ideally between 16 and 18C.
